As we step into April—a month often associated with fresh starts and renewal—I’m reminded of how much new life springs forth when we amplify voices that have too often been overlooked. The Christian minorities featured this month embody that spirit. Their work challenges, uplifts, and breathes fresh perspective into the spaces they serve. From ministry to media, advocacy to artistry, they are showing us what it means to lead with both conviction and compassion.

Courtnaye Richard is the founder of Inside Out with Courtnaye, a ministry that helps thousands of women around the world grow in Christ, character, and calling, as we await the return of Jesus. She is an author, speaker, podcast and talk show host of Inside Out with Courtnaye, as well as a YouVersion Bible App partner, and contributing writer for Christianity.com. She is also the founder of the faith-based marketing and mentorship agency, Inside Out Media Group, LLC, where she’s worked with platforms such as PBS, CBN, TCT Networks, and Yahoo.

Cari Fund is the host of Surviving Roots, a podcast dedicated to bold self-growth, healing, and empowerment. With a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and decades of experience building brands in the beauty industry, she combines science, intuition, and personal storytelling to inspire transformation.
